with the Torus Tenant Voice Strategy, ensuring our approach to engagement is inclusive, outcome‑focused and meets regulatory
requirements.

Through collaboration with tenants, colleagues and key stakeholders, you will support continuous service improvement, transparency

This role will require regular travel around the Liverpool area.

What You’ll be Doing:

* Support the delivery of tenant involvement activities that align with Torus objectives, regulatory requirements and the Tenant
Voice Strategy.
* Promote a strong, inclusive tenant movement that influences decisions about homes, neighbourhoods and service delivery.
* Develop, promote and widen access to tenant involvement opportunities, with a focus on increasing participation from
harder‑to‑reach tenants.
* Work with the Torus Foundation and internal colleagues to support the engagement and recruitment of tenants across formal and
informal structures.
* Contribute to the development of new and innovative tenant engagement approaches, including emerging groups and engagement
linked to new developments.
* Support the planning, delivery, monitoring and review of Tenant Voice initiatives, including scrutiny, mystery shopping,
digital engagement and resident groups.
* Organise and support a range of tenant meetings, consultations and panels, working closely with managers across the
organisation.
* Work with Business Analysts to evaluate tenant involvement activities, assessing impact, outcomes and value for money, and
sharing learning.
* Maintain accurate records of all tenant involvement activity, including databases, consultations, meetings, communication and
engagement outcomes.
* Represent the Tenant Voice team internally and externally, supporting events, partnership working and promoting high standards
of customer care in line with Torus values.

What We’re Looking For:

* 3 GCSE’s grade C or above, or equivalent
* Commitment to continuous personal and professional development
* Housing related experience or experience of dealing with the public in a service with a strong customer focus.
* Experience of consulting with customers and service users and knowledge of challenges.
* A clear knowledge and understanding of regulatory standards and principles of tenant involvement.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to get on well with people and gain trust and confidence of internal and external
stakeholders and partners
* Full, clean UK Driver’s License with access to a vehicle.

Interview Process:

* Candidates will undergo in-person interviews at our St Helens Office, consisting of a competency-based interview.
* Interviews will be held on Monday 18th May 2026.
