ROLE: Technical Coordinator
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
LOCATION: Montrose

Role Responsibilities:
-Support the Technical Compliance Manager with delivery of PPMs and third‑party contractor works
-Assist with compliance of statutory and regulatory obligations, ensuring competence and performance of external resources
-Ensure third‑party suppliers provide Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and RAMS
-Ensure statutory maintenance activities are completed in line with GSK and contractual requirements
-Maintain and update the MERP maintenance planning system
-Coordinate, plan, and track technical activities for planned and corrective works
-Meet and greet technical third‑party suppliers
-Request and raise quotes for corrective works and raise Purchase Orders
-Maintain structured filing systems including qualifications, SLAs and reports
-Keep accurate Legionella L8 records
-Maintain contractor training matrices and equipment registers
-Provide input to supervisors and managers on supplier breakdowns and progress reports
Required Qualifications:
-Strong understanding of statutory technical requirements
-Experience in regulated environments
-Strong planning and organisational skills
-Understanding of risk management and HSE
-Experience with CAFM systems such as MERP, SAP or Maximo
