Full job description
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to support the growth of a small but an ambitious UK-based business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of both sales and marketing activity and thrives in a fast-paced, practical environment.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, delivering marketing campaigns, and managing the full sales process from lead generation through to closing deals. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will directly contribute to revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape and deliver the company’s sales and marketing strategy while also being responsible for day-to-day execution.

Key responsibilities
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Generate new business leads through outreach, networking, and marketing activity
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Track and report on campaign and sales performance
Identify new business opportunities and target markets
Support the development of brand awareness and positioning
Work closely with leadership to support overall business growth

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a combined commercial role
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or common CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
