Salary Banding: £38,445 - £40,468 (Beeston)

£40,446 - £42,574 (London)

Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract based on a 37.5 working week.

As a Skills & Training Lead with MTVH you will find this an exciting role, where you will have the opportunity to create and develop the future of training and development within our Customer Services directorate which includes our Housing, Customer Services, Community Investment and Care & Support functions.

Working with colleagues from across the directorate, as well as other key stakeholders such as our central Learning & Development and Health & Safety teams, you will identify training requirements, design solutions and develop a training offer which supports our colleagues to do their jobs brilliantly and helps invest in and develop talent within the directorate. In doing so, you will play a key role in ensuring we deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers through high quality training provision.

This will include working with the colleagues across the directorate to develop training modules and packages for their areas of expertise and working with operational leaders to develop learning pathways and set out mandatory training for colleagues based on role, skill requirement or service.

What you'll need to succeed

A highly motivated and organised individual, you will have a passion for supporting others to learn, as well as proven experience in training design and development. You will also be comfortable in delivering training across a range of platforms, including in person and remote classrooms, e-learning and written training resources. You will have strong digital literacy, ideally with experience of implementing digital and/or blended learning programmes.

A confident communicator at all levels, you will have strong presentation, facilitation and delivery skills, and experience of working with multiple stakeholders effectively. You will be a strong and enthusiastic advocate for learning, able to embed new training offers and engage colleagues in learning opportunities.
