What Can You Expect?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Training & Development Lead. This is a hybrid role, combining time at our Lincoln Headquarters with home working, offered on a full-time, permanent basis (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the delivery of training for healthcare professionals using the Cleric Portal, as well as leading the induction of new starters for both the Call Centre and Control Room.



Summary Of Main Duties Include

New starter induction and training
Deliver training sessions (in-person and/or virtual) to staff using the Cleric Portal.

Planning, scheduling, and coordinating training sessions.

Provide follow-up support to staff, answering queries and troubleshooting basic issues.

Manage training-related admin such as maintaining attendance records, updating spreadsheets, and tracking completion data.

Handle account management tasks including user set-up, permissions, and access requests.

Respond to training-related emails in a professional and timely manner.

Create and update training materials, user guides, and FAQs.

Gather feedback from learners and suggest improvements to the training process.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

Good understanding of IT systems and confidence using new software.
​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident speaker who enjoys helping others learn new systems.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience delivering or supporting training (formal or informal).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Desirable:

Experience in training
Experience working in a healthcare or clinical environment.

Knowledge of the Cleric Portal (or similar clinical/health systems).

Experience creating user guides or training materials.
