Summary
To assist Chef in keeping all food preparation areas exceptionally clean and organised. Be responsible for the organisation, cleaning and storage of all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as checking in and the appropriate storage of deliveries. As a kitchen porter, you will be required to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the main catering areas. A large part of your job will be cleaning crockery and cutlery. At times the kitchen will be very busy, so it
