Summary
The Governing Body of Christ the Saviour wishes to appoint an energetic teacher of PE to join our team of
three specialist PE staff who teach PE to all classes from Nursery to Year 6. We are a four-form entry
school in the heart of Ealing Broadway with supportive, friendly staff and fantastic children. As a school we
highly value the physical and mental wellbeing of our pupils; PE is a valued part of the curriculum and our
PE team have achieved the School Games Gold Award for three consecutive years in a row. We have
strong staff retention due to our commitment to staff wellbeing and workload. We are an actively antiracist and inclusive school and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
The successful candidate will have a broad sporting skill set and will contribute enthusiastically to both the
delivery of the curriculum and the wide extra-curricular sports programme offered during and after school.
QTS (qualified teacher status) is desired but not essential. We are looking for the right candidate to join
our team and bring a commitment to maintain the physical and mental wellbeing of our pupils.
