Summary
The Head of Strategic Planning and Partnerships is a key leadership post within the organisation, driving the delivery of the Trust’s strategic and operational plans to support delivery of high quality, sustainable mental health services.
The Head of Strategic Planning and Partnerships will support the Associate Director of Performance and Strategic Development, in delivering the following key functions:
· Strategy development and delivery – responsible for developing, coordinating and driving delivery of the Trust’s strategic plans, including our Strategy, Enabling Strategies and medium-term plans.
· Planning – leading the development and delivery of an integrated annual planning process, aligned to delivery of our strategic and medium-term plans, system and national priorities. The postholder will lead the process internally and represent GMMH in system planning forums.
· Partnerships – working with system partners, including statutory and Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) partners, commissioners and other key stakeholders to strengthen system collaboration, ensure the Trust is positioned to influence and respond to national and local priorities and develop plans with partners for delivery of services.
This role will require close working engagement with Executive Directors and senior clinical and operational leaders across the Trust, system partners and communities.
