Paragon Education is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Primary Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Worcester. You will be working with a small class of primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, delivering personalised learning and supporting both academic and emotional development. The school offers strong support from experienced teaching assistants and a leadership team that values consistency and care.
What the role involves:
Planning and delivering differentiated lessons suited to individual learning needs
Adapting teaching approaches to support a range of SEN requirements
Working closely with support staff to provide targeted interventions
Implementing EHCP targets and tracking pupil progress
Creating a structured, calm, and engaging classroom environment
Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience working with SEN pupils in a primary setting
Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies
A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
Effective behaviour management skills
A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
