Our team is growing and we are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor ready to play a central role in identifying learning needs and delivering high-quality development that builds a skilled, confident and inclusive workforce across the College.
Bringing a proven track record in L&D area you will design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning programmes, coordinate training activity and recording, and manage our e-learning platform.
As part of our professional and friendly team you will work collaboratively with managers and colleagues, you will ensure learning interventions are accessible, aligned with organisational priorities and make a measurable difference. This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS (Child) check.
