Your Key Responsibilities✅
- Onsite Management & Temporary Worker Welfare– Oversee temporary workers onsite, ensure smooth payroll processing, resolve queries, and provide coaching/support
- Client Relationship Management– Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Candidate Selection & Placement– Identify, assess, and match temporary workers to client requirements
- Delivering High-Quality Service– Uphold company values and maintain service excellence
