Are you a recent graduate with a strong academic background who is passionate about supporting young people to succeed?
We are recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work within a large, inclusive secondary school in East London. These long‑term roles are ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching, education, psychology, youth work or SEN who want meaningful, hands‑on classroom experience.

The Teaching Assistant Role-
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
-Supporting students in lessons, small groups and one‑to‑one interventions
-Working closely with teaching staff to deliver structured, engaging learning
-Providing targeted academic support within your subject specialism
-Helping students build confidence, resilience and independence
-Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN and SEMH where appropriate
-Acting as a positive role model throughout the school day
Who We’re Looking For?
We welcome applications from graduates with degrees in:
-Science (Biology, Chemistry or Physics)
-English or Humanities
-Mathematics
-Psychology or Other Subjects
You should be:
-Academically strong and confident in your subject knowledge
-Patient, reliable and able to build positive relationships with young people
-Interested in training, development and progression within education
-Comfortable supporting students who may require additional guidance or motivation
