We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run care organisation with an excellent reputation for quality, staff wellbeing, and ongoing investment. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full operational control of a premium service and drive occupancy, quality, and team performance.

Your Role as Nursing Home Manager:
Oversee the day-to-day running of a luxury nursing home
Drive occupancy and maintain strong commercial performance
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulations
Deliver outstanding, person-centred care
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager (essential)
Background in a luxury or high-end care setting (preferred)
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of increasing occupancy
History of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
Stable career history with strong tenure
Clinical qualification (desirable but not essential)
