Summary

Customer service based job role in a busy family ran Heating company. Duties will include general admin, answering phones, making bookings, managing engineers diaries, placing orders, typing estimates and invoicing. Experience in customer service or reception duties is beneficial as this is a front of house position in a small showroom / office. Candidate must be computer literate, polite and able to work well as part of a team and competently alone. Organisational and time management skills are beneficial. Successful candidates will be a key holder and deal with small amounts of cash. Working hours are 8-5 Mon - Friday with a rota in place for Saturdays - Position available immediately
