Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans
Provide clinical leadership and direct nursing care during night shifts
Administer medications safely in line with NMC guidelines
Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Supervise and support care staff, including mentoring junior team members
Work collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure dignity, respect, and safeguarding are upheld at all times
Requirements

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable
Strong clinical skills and sound knowledge of nursing practices
Good communication and leadership abilities
Commitment to high standards of care and continuous improvement
