Key Responsibilities
Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assist with the delivery of differentiated learning activities
Implement behaviour management strategies
Encourage pupil engagement and independence
Support the classroom teacher with daily activities
Monitor and report on pupil progress
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience supporting SEN pupils
Strong behaviour management skills
Patient and adaptable approach
Ability to build strong relationships with pupils
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
