You’ll join a well-established team delivering services across Housing, Youth Work, Outdoor Education, Health & Wellbeing, and more.

• Supporting young people to understand their accommodation, rights, and responsibilities
• Helping young people manage rent accounts and develop budgeting skills
• Carrying out weekly accommodation checks and reporting repairs
• Supporting young people to develop independence skills and achieve personal goals
• Encouraging engagement in support sessions, activities, and house meetings
• Ensuring applicants and residents are kept informed throughout the process
• Maintaining a safe, well-managed and supportive living environment
• Keeping accurate records and completing day-to-day housing support administration
What We Offer
• 28 days annual leave (pro rata, including Bank Holidays)
• A flexible and supportive working environment
• Ongoing learning and development opportunities
• The chance to build a meaningful career in housing and youth support
• Opportunities to apply for internal progression roles across the organisation
