Summary
Castle Lodge (Inverbervie) Limited is a residential home, where care and support is provided to elderly adults
Castle Lodge is looking for an experienced, reliable cook who is passionate about providing high quality and nutritious meals
The post is for 25.5 hours one week, 34 hours the next. Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.
Additional hours may be required to cover annual leave and sickness
You will:
· Plan and produce varied, nutritious meals, offering choice for residents
· Demonstrate awareness of individual needs and specific dietary requirements
. Stock Rotation and Ordering
· Manage the storage and disposal process
· Maintain a cooking and cleaning regime
· Complete relevant paperwork in line with home and legislative requirements
· Attend training courses and be available to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
Applicants should possess a relevant catering qualification or have previous experience within a similar role, along with a valid certificate in Food Safety & Hygiene. On-going support and supervision will be provided
