We are looking for someone who has a natural curiosity, great at building rapport and can demonstrate their willingness and ability to advocate and provide non- judgemental support mixed with enthusiasm and tenaciousness. Ideally you will have experience supporting clients who are experiencing homelessness who maybe struggling financially and mentally.Do you have a can do attitude?Do you have a listening ear and a heart for peopleDo you want to have a role in supporting someone's better tomorrow?Key Responsibilities:The role of a Specialist Support Worker is an inspirational one and is key to achieving successful outcomes for the people we support. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control.
