Working hours: 40 hours per weekInterview Date: Week commencing 26<sup>th </sup>May 2026Founders House Lifehouse is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Person to join our Homelessness Services Team in Whitechapel. We provide residential supported accommodation for up to 123 adult men experiencing homelessness, and this role is central to ensuring our service operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.About the Role: The Maintenance Person is responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance in line with the annual inspection and planned maintenance reports. You will also carry out day-to-day repairs and respond to emergency maintenance issues, helping to ensure our accommodation remains safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents and staff.
