Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a healthcare organisation seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.
This role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe, evidence-based care while promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care using evidence-based practices
Conduct clinical assessments, risk evaluations, and care planning
Support individuals and families throughout the care journey
Act as a patient advocate within multi-disciplinary teams
Supervise and support junior staff, support workers, and students
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and compassionate care
Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately
Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with care standards
Contribute to a positive team environment and effective communication across teams
Skills & Experience
Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration
Experience working with individuals with complex care needs
Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care standards (CQC)
Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
