About the Role
As a Domiciliary Support Worker / Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high‑quality, bespoke care to private clients in their own homes across Rutland—supporting independence, lifestyle choice, and wellbeing.
You’ll typically support the same clients, allowing you to build trusted, meaningful relationships.
Your duties may include:

Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
Medication assistance and wellbeing monitoring
Meal preparation and light household support
Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or social outings
Encouraging independence and maintaining routines
Providing companionship and reassurance

This is not rushed care — it’s relationship‑based, person‑centred support.

About You
You’ll be someone who naturally delivers care with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. We’re looking for:

A kind, patient, and respectful approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and commitment to high standards
Experience in domiciliary or senior care (preferred)
Pride in representing a premium care provider
A UK driving licence and your own car
