We are seeking a prosecution lawyer to assist primarily with the substantial increase in non-school attendance prosecutions. However, the lawyer will also be expected to cover other local authority prosecutions. Experience of non-school attendance cases is therefore essential. The role will involve reviewing cases, preparing matters for Court and general advice work. The lawyer would also ideally be able to attend Court and the office on an ad hoc basis.
Legal Services Lincolnshire is in the provider of legal services to Lincolnshire County Council and six of the District Council’s within Lincolnshire.
