Your new role
You will take full teaching responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons that support pupils' academic progress and personal development. Working as part of a collaborative and friendly staff team, you will plan, assess and create a structured, supportive learning environment where children feel secure and motivated. The school is looking for a teacher who can bring stability, clear communication and a calm, nurturing approach to the classroom.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within a primary setting, ideally Key Stage 2
- Confident behaviour management and a warm, encouraging approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality teaching
- A commitment to fostering a positive, secure and engaging learning environment
- Flexibility to work within the school's routines, expectations and values
