Summary
Following the current postholder being successfully appointed to their first CFO role, we are looking for an ambitious, experienced, leader to join our team in this pivotal role.
As Deputy Chief Finance Officer - Financial Management, you will be responsible to the CFO for the leadership and performance management of the Financial Management, Contracting and Costing departments. Ensuring that the departments support Finance and the Trust in the delivery of its key strategic and business objectives. Ensuring that department systems and processes are fit for purpose and colleagues are trained and equipped to deliver support and services.

The role will have responsibility to build effective relationships both internally and externally to the Trust. We are a valued system partner and an integral member of the Thames Valley Integrated Care System and Buckinghamshire Integrated Care Partnership (ICP). Working with partners to maximise the benefit and use of resources, for the benefit of the patients and population we serve, is a key deliverable.
