Summary
Electrician
Carbon60 is looking to recruit an Electrician to work for one of the leading companies based in North West London.
ROLE: Electrician
PAY RATE: £23.06 PAYE / £28.79 Umbrella
JOB TYPE: 4 Months (possible extension)
LOCATION: North West London
HOURS: Monday to Friday, Hours of work ,8:30 am - 5 pm 37 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical testing and inspection works within domestic properties
- Complete fault finding, repairs, and reactive maintenance tasks
- Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and safety standards
- Work within occupied social housing properties professionally and safely
- Accurately complete reports and certification following testing works
- Communicate effectively with tenants, supervisors, and the wider maintenance team
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in domestic settings/social housing
- City & Guilds 2392 Electrical Testing qualification
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Good understanding of electrical regulations and safe working practices
Desirable:
- City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection qualification
- Experience within housing association or local authority contracts
Additional Information:
- Basic DBS check required
