RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR – THE DECK RESTAURANT
Ocean Exmouth | Seafront Location
We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join The Deck Restaurant, part of Ocean Exmouth a vibrant seafront leisure
destination with stunning coastal views.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead shifts, support the team, and help deliver a warm, friendly dining experience for every
guest.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
* Lead front‑of‑house shifts and support smooth day‑to‑day operations
* Deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment
* Motivate and support the team during service
* Help train new team members and maintain high standards
* Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards are met
ABOUT YOU:
* Experience in hospitality (supervisor or senior team member level preferred)
* Confident, organised, and calm under pressure
* Passionate about great food, service, and teamwork
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
* Aged 18+ (due to licensing laws)
