Summary
The Best Connection are currently seeking a Dispatch Warehouse Operative to work for a world-renowned luxury department store in Knightsbridge London on an ongoing temporary basis.
Pay Rates:
- £13.50 per hour (rises to £15.29 per hour after 12 weeks)
Hours of Work:
- Working any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
- Shift times: Earliest starting from 07:00 - 15:00, Latest finishing time 13:00 - 21:00
Responsibilities of the Dispatch Warehouse Operative:
- Dealing with picking and packing luxury departments
- Basic understanding of GDPR relating to customer details
- Assisting with loading and unloading with deliveries and also maintaining overall cleanliness of the warehouse floor
- Checking delivery paperwork matches the stock
- Counting items and checking for any damaged goods
- Manual lifting and moving of stock around the warehouse
Requirements of the Dispatch Warehouse Operative:
- Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
- Able to follow instructions closely
- Good attention to detail
- Basic reading and maths skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Able to travel easily to Knightsbridge for the shift times
- Basic computer literacy
