Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate person or department
Provide clear and helpful information to callers and handle general enquiries
Support administrative tasks as needed
Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and approachable attitude
Requirements:
Outgoing, friendly, and confident communication style
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Working Hours:
Ideally full-time, but part-time hours will be considered
