What you'll be doing
Provide expert advice and support through our national CLA telephone service
Help clients navigate SEN decisions, EHCPs and tribunal processes
Deliver high‑quality casework that truly changes lives
Spot emerging issues and help us influence system‑wide change
Work with a passionate, values‑driven team committed to justice and equality
We’ll give you full training in education law, legal aid processes, tribunal work and our internal systems — so you’re set up to succeed.
What we’re looking for
Recent experience delivering advice to clients
A structured, methodical approach to casework
Strong communication skills — especially conveying complex information clearly
A passion for fairness, inclusion, and empowering those who need it most
Knowledge and experience of SEN law is essential.
What you need to know
Hours are negotiable
The services operates between 9.00am to 6.00pm and cover will be arranged on a rota basis.
Remote working will be considered
