We are currently looking for a DCA Officer to join our team based out of with our London or Nottingham office.
This role will be responsible for support the managing and overseeing all aspects of our delegation of claims authority to Coverholders and Third-Party Administrators, ensuring the onboarding process for Claims partners is done in accordance with the DCA Framework and in support of the Partnership Managers and the wider Claims Team.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support with the undertaking of Bordeaux management and process 3rd party data to ensure timely and accurate internal and external reporting.
Interact directly with various stakeholders to provide support, assistance and guidance on all matters related to delegated authority and onboarding.
Audit management to ensure all that all of the delegated partners are scheduled annual audits, the audits reports are processed to standard and audit recommendations are successfully remediated.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience and understanding within claims best practice frameworks, you’ll be confident communicator with the ability to manage a variety of internal and external stakeholder of different levels. This is a role is ideal for someone who is organised, resilient, keen to work as collaboratively with the wider team and able to maintain high standards across a complex delegated environment. Claims governance and an understanding of the warranty space would be beneficial but strong numeracy skills, BA techniques and the ability to interpret data are essential.
