Healthcare Assistants
Clarity Homecare – Tenbury Wells
We’re excited to be launching a brand-new homecare service in Tenbury Wells and the surrounding areas, and we’re looking for caring, reliable Healthcare Assistants to join us from the very beginning.
This could be the ideal position for you if you have a strong desire to support individuals in living securely and independently in their own homes.
Pay: £13.00 Monday- Friday £13.50 Saturday- Sunday
Location: Tenbury Wells and surrounding areas
About the role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be supporting our clients to live comfortably, fulfilling lives at home. Your role will be varied and rewarding, and may include:
*Offering companionship and taking part in activities.
*Preparing and supporting clients with nutritious meals.
*Providing personal care, including help with washing and dressing; including showering and bathing, this may include using equipment such as hoists.
*Supporting with medication administration, shopping and attending appointments
*Encouraging independence and promoting a high quality of life
What we’re looking for
To join our team, you’ll need:
*A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (with business insurance)
*A clear DBS check
*At least one year’s experience delivering care
*Availability to work every other weekend

*Mileage paid at 25p per mile, you can also claim 20p per mile at the end of tax year by filling out P87 form.
