Job Overview – Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader (RGN, SCPHN qualified) to join a leading occupational health service provider supporting multiple client sites across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Occupational Health Nurse / Occupational Health Advisor with leadership experience to step into a hands-on management role, leading a multidisciplinary clinical team while delivering high-quality occupational health and minor treatment services.

The role is fully onsite, covering locations between Euston and West Ruislip, all accessible via public transport. Travel expenses within TFL zones are covered. Please note there is no parking available at any site.

Key Responsibilities – Occupational Health Team Leader

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team (nurses and technician
Act as clinical lead for Occupational Health services and minor injury treatment clinics
Deliver high-quality Occupational Health assessments and clinical support services
Conduct recruitment, staff inductions, and competency assessments
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health legislation, clinical governance, and professional standards
Support and lead clinical audits and quality assurance processes
Attend multi-site operational meetings and liaise with key stakeholders
Produce and present monthly MI reports and KPI performance data
Support workplace health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
Drive continuous improvement across Occupational Health service delivery
Candidate Requirements – Occupational Health Advisor / Nurse
To be considered for this Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader role, you must have:

Essential Requirements:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
SCPHN (Specialist Community Public Health Nurse) qualification
NMC Part 3 registration
Proven Occupational Health experience
Leadership or line management experience within a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team
Strong knowledge of Occupational Health legislation and clinical governance
Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
Desirable Experience:

A&E or acute clinical background
Case management experience within Occupational Health
Experience administering vaccinations
Experience mentoring or supervising Occupational Health students
Working Pattern – Occupational Health Role London
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
08:00am – 16:00pm
Onsite across multiple London Occupational Health clinic locations
Flexibility required due to multi-site working
