IT Project Co-ordinator – The Role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic IT Project Co-ordinator to support on our important projects within Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Business Technology. You will quickly become an integral part of the team, improving the service provided by Broadstone. This position is well suited for a strong graduate or someone wanting to develop a career in PMO roles and gain experience as a project co-ordinator or manager.

IT Project Co-ordinator – Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking project schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining documentation in the process
- Preparing regular reports, dashboards and summaries, identifying trends
- Ensuring compliance with PMO standards, methodologies and reporting requirements
- Maintaining project management tools and systems e.g. MS Project, Planner etc.

IT Project Co-ordinator – You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation is preferred
- Experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management office processes and tools is preferred
