We're looking for a committed and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic secondary school, working within our Inclusion Unit to support students who need a more personalised approach to learning.

This isn't your typical classroom role. You'll be at the heart of our pastoral and behavioural support provision-building strong relationships, breaking down barriers, and helping students re-engage with education.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Delivering targeted interventions in small groups and 1:1
- Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Helping students transition successfully back into mainstream lessons

What we're looking for:
- Calm, confident, and consistent approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people
- Experience working with challenging behaviour (school-based or similar settings)
- Resilience, patience, and a good sense of humour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
