Our services are provided via in-patient beds and at home and we also offer Wellbeing support, both out-patient and virtual. The role: Are you a compassionate, peoplefocused leader with a passion for creating exceptional experiences? St Michaels Hospice is seeking aPatient and Visitor Services Managerto lead our Front of House teams and ensure every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed,supportedand cared for. In this pivotal role, you will oversee Reception, Housekeeping, the Coffee Shop, hospitalityservicesand the Arthur Easton Centre, ensuring consistentlyhigh standardsacross all public-facing areas. You will shape the complete visitor journey from arrival to departure,creating an environment that is warm,safeand aligned with Hospice values. You will provide inspiring leadership toemployeesand volunteers, champion excellent customer service, and support teams to work confidently in emotionally sensitive situations. With a strong focus on quality,safetyand continuous improvement,you will leadessential operational processes, working collaboratively with clinical, estates and facilities and fundraising teams to support our wider charitable activities.
