Summary

The post holder will deliver a quality service and ensure the individual is at the centre of their care ensuring they are fully involved in all aspects of assessment, planning and care and treatment as appropriate, including being professionally and legally accountable. The service is looking for RNMH or RNLD with relevant LD experience or who have a willingness to develop, staff must be able to care coordinate and should be able to work well independently as was as part of a wider team. Will be responsible for managing a caseload under the supervision of a senior nurse/management, providing assessment, advice and support to clients, carers and other professionals. This role may be eligible for sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route.
