Supply Support Succeed
Your Role at the Start of the New Term:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play an important role in helping pupils access and engage with their education. This may include supporting individuals, small groups, or the wider classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Classroom Support – Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, helping pupils remain focused and involved.
Learning Support – Provide one-to-one or small group support to promote academic progress and social development.
Positive Role Model – Demonstrate encouragement, patience, and professionalism in all interactions with pupils.
️ Behaviour Support – Contribute to a calm, structured, and respectful learning environment where all pupils can succeed.
Flexible Team Contribution – Support the wider school as required, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
We Are Seeking Candidates Who:
✔️ Have experience working with children in a UK school or similar setting, or a strong willingness to develop this experience.
✔️ Communicate clearly and confidently with pupils, staff, and other stakeholders.
✔️ Are committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
✔️ Hold, or are willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check.
