Summary
A vacancy has arisen for a part time HR Administrator. The post is part of a team and the role includes a wide range of responsibilities but primarily acts to support recruitment and employee relations issues. The post acts as the first point of contact for email queries for recruitment issues, assists in the co-ordination of all administrative aspects of recruitment and the onboarding of new staff, enters records onto the HR system and takes notes to support employee relations meetings. The postholder will from time to time provide support on payroll, training, and timetabling to assist the team in managing workloads.
Candidates should have substantial and relevant experience in an administrative role, possess proven excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to maintain the strict level of confidentiality required in an HR environment. The successful candidate will also have proven excellent planning and organisational, being able to manage their own workload within the team. Much of our work takes place on digital platforms so we expect proficiency in Microsoft applications and a willingness to learn (or experience of) an HR system.
