Summary
Austins Window Cleaning was established in 2008. We are proud to be a small, friendly company that provides outstanding services to our valued customers. From day one, we have always aimed to deliver a top-quality and dependable service that meets the unique needs of our customers. We have evolved from using traditional window cleaning methods to now using the Reach and Wash System which is quicker and safer. We only use Pure Water which has proven to be the most effective and eco-friendly solution to professional cleaning. We offer residential and commercial window cleaning to Shrewsbury and surrounding areas. In addition we offer gutter cleaning, soffits and fascia cleaning and solar panel cleaning.
Due to further expansion we are seeking a window cleaner to join our small, friendly team. Experience is not essential, but what is essential is someone who is quick to learn, reliable and with a friendly and honest approach to work.

Position: Window Cleaner - experienced desired, but for the right individual with no experience full training will be offered.
Responsibilities:
Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, soffits and fascia cleaning and solar panel cleaning at various residential and commercial properties in Shrewsbury and surrounding areas
Operate cleaning equipment, including occasional ladder use, water-fed pole system, gutter vac systems, generators etc
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a high standard of workmanship
Provide friendly and professional customer service, exceeding client expectations
Collaborate with team members to optimise efficiency and deliver exceptional results
Requirements:
Previous experience in all methods of window cleaning is desired, but for the right person we will provide full training.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Able to use App based technology as we are paperless.
Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights on occasion. Be prepared to work in all weathers - our systems work even when raining.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to speak to customers
A valid clean UK driving license with 1 year minimum experience in driving a large van. Over 25 years old due to fleet insurance is desired.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 4.30 +/-
You will have to travel to SY3 area to collect the van
