Warehouse Team Leader

The Role
Ready to take the next step in your warehouse career? As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of operations while developing your leadership skills. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll help guide a small team and ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the supervision and coordination of a small team of warehouse operatives
  
• Assist in organising daily tasks and workflow to maximise efficiency
  
• Lead by example with picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
  
• Help the team achieve daily targets while maintaining accuracy
  
• Use and support the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for stock control and task allocation
  
• Assist with stock accuracy, goods in/out processes, and inventory tracking via WMS
  
• Promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment
  
• Provide basic training and ongoing support to team members, including WMS usage
  

  What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience (essential)
    
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) (preferred)
    
  • A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
    
  • Interest in progressing into leadership or supervisory roles
    
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
    
  • Hands-on, proactive approach
    
  • Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
