- 40-hour working week, with shifts scheduled between 6:00am and 2:00am

Duties of a Roadside Technician:
- As a Roadside Technician Attend vehicle breakdowns promptly and efficiently on the roadside
- Diagnose faults using mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic expertise
- Deliver high-quality repairs and roadside assistance services
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers, acting as a strong brand ambassador
- Manage your own workload and ensure your vehicle and equipment are well-maintained
- Complete accurate reports and documentation for each job
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
- Support ongoing training and development, gaining new qualifications as required
Requirements for a Roadside Technician:
- Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
- Strong customer service skills with a professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work unsociable hours, including weekends and bank holidays
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary
- Reliable and adaptable, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
