Summary

Groundcare Area Sales Manager
Groundcare Area Sales Manager - Warwickshire - £36,000 – £45,000 + Commission + Benefits

The Job:
A field based role covering Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. You will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and delivering an excellent end-to-end sales experience - from initial enquiry through to delivery and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote and demonstrate our range of groundcare machinery
- Provide tailored product advice and accurate quotations
- Develop strong product knowledge through training and supplier courses
- Deliver and install machinery, ensuring full customer handover and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service
- Attend trade shows and industry events throughout the year

The Company:
A family run Agricultural and Groundcare machinery dealership who supplies new and used equipment, along with servicing and parts. Representing leading brands including Kubota, Baroness, Redexim, Lemken, Husqvarna, Honda and Suzuki. As a growing business with ambitious expansion plans, they are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team and grow.

The Candidate:
- Experience within the Groundcare industry
- Proven track record in sales
- Self-motivated with a proactive can do attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
- Full UK driving licence

The Package:
- Competitive salary £36,000–£45,000, DOE

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
