• A calm and clear communicator.
• A good knowledge of safeguarding regulations.
• A positive role model whocan make positive relationships with children.
• A dedicated individual, who is hardworking and aspirational for our young people.
• NQTS/QTS Status.
• Good degree in relevant subject area.
• Good understanding of curriculum developments within subject area.
• Ability to use a range of teaching and learning strategies.
• Knowledge of current issues and developments in education.
• Commitment to the Safeguarding Policy and principles of the Academy Trust.
