Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
• Is a practicing Catholic or who is sympathetic to the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church
• Is able to work closely with the class teacher within the classroom whilst supporting pupils with their classroom learning
• Has very good interpersonal skills, high expectations and excellent classroom practice
• Is proactive and committed to differentiating and adapting learning to suit the needs of individual children
• Is an excellent role model who can nurture, lead, inspire and motivate children
• Is able to oversee children in the playground at breaktime/lunchtime, or during wet play and monitor the safety and suitability of activities
