What skills and experience we're looking for
Inspirational and enthusiastic Head of Department to lead our business studies/computer science department
Proven track record of innovative approaches to teaching and someone who can continue to raise achievement in the department
Be able to lead a supportive, well-motivated team with a strong ethos for collaborative and shared practice, teach across the full ability range from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 and work in an environment with a strong emphasis on professional development
