MadiganGill are looking for an experienced Ganger for a project in Marlborough (SN8).

Job Details:

  • Location: Marlborough, SN8
  • Rate: £275 per day
  • Start: Immediate / Monday
  • Hours: Full-time (site hours apply)

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Ganger
  • Strong background in civils and infrastructure projects
  • Ability to lead and supervise site teams effectively
  • Full PPE required
  • Reliable and safety-focused

Duties Include:

  • Supervising and coordinating site operatives
  • Ensuring work is carried out safely and to programme
  • Liaising with site management and subcontractors
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety
  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations
