- Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and assertive Cleaning Supervisor to lead small teams on-site, ensure jobs are completed efficiently, and maintain clear communication throughout the day.
This is not just a cleaning role — you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining standards, and representing the business professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise cleaning teams on-site
- Ensure staff arrive on time and are ready to work
- Allocate tasks and monitor productivity throughout the job
- Maintain high cleaning and safety standards
- Provide regular updates to management during jobs
- Report any issues immediately (staffing, delays, concerns)
- Ensure jobs are completed properly before leaving site
- Support with transporting equipment where required
Requirements
- DBS or willingness to obtain one
- Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (ESSENTIAL)
- Confident, organised, and able to take control of situations
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work with vulnerable clients in a respectful manner
