The Role Working within an elite pastry team, you will assist in delivering exceptional desserts, petit fours, breads, and immersive guest experiences with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and delivering pastry items to the highest Michelin standards Supporting service with precision, consistency, and calm execution Assisting with development of new ideas and seasonal concepts Maintaining exceptional hygiene and kitchen organisation Working collaboratively with senior chefs and wider kitchen teams
What We’re Looking For
-Strong experience as a Pastry Chef / Pastry Sous Chef / Senior Chef de Partie in quality-led kitchens
-Excellent technical pastry ability
-Passion for innovation and fine dining excellence
-Strong work ethic and high personal standards
-Calm under pressure with great attention to detail
