What is the role :
As an EYFS Teacher / ECT, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality early years curriculum that supports children’s development across all areas of learning. You will create a stimulating, inclusive and language-rich classroom environment, fostering independence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.
Key responsibilities :
• Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s social, emotional and academic development
• Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, adapting provision where needed
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents and carers
• Contribute positively to the wider school community and ethos
What are we looking for :
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
• A creative, reflective and child-centred approach to teaching and learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
